Welcome to My Kitchen!

I don't believe that health must be sacrificed for taste. As a result, you will find that everything I make is either made with unbleached all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour...and is still full of flavor! Please take a look around and let me know if there is something you are interested in.

Also, with the holidays approaching and many people choosing to order food to give away as gifts, your order can be wrapped and ready for Christmas for additional fee (price depends on the item).

Fudge - *new for the holidays*

Looking for something sweet this holiday season? Your sweet tooth will certainly be satisfied with a slice of fudge. This recipe also makes a great gift that can be stretched a surprisingly long way.

1/2 lb - $4

1 lb - $8

  • Pecans can be added for $2
  • Ingredients: chocolate chips, sugar, evaporated milk, butter, vanilla extract, salt, (pecans can be added)


Apple Coffee Cake

Made with fresh whole apples, cinnamon and brown sugar, this is sure to be a favorite for dessert, breakfast, or even as a sweet snack! It is one of my most requested items!

Small - $5

Regular - $10

  • Each regular coffee cake will be made in a 9x9 inch pan, unless otherwise requested (larger cakes can be made upon request).
  • Ingredients: unbleached all purpose flour, apples, sugar, butter, eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking soda, salt

Pumpkin Spice Bread

If you’re looking for a warm, moist bread for the cooler weather, slice into some pumpkin bread! It’s a personal favorite for me and can also be made with chocolate chips if you would prefer.

Small - $5

Regular - $8

  • Ingredients: unbleached whole wheat flour, pumpkin, sugar, canola oil, water, eggs, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger
  • Chocolate chips can be added for $0.50
  • Can also be made as one dozen muffins, rather than a loaf


Honey Whole Wheat Bread

If you think that whole wheat bread has to taste like cardboard, think again! You will be refreshed to find that this bread is both healthy and soft. The wheat for each loaf is ground immediately before it is cooked, ensuring that key nutrients remain in your bread.

  • Ingredients: hard red whole wheat flour, canola oil, honey, water, yeast, salt, vital wheat gluten


Cinnamon Rolls (w/ icing)

Truly a treat for all hours of the day/night, you can enjoy these cinnamon rolls in the morning with breakfast, after lunch as a sweet snack or in the evening as dessert.

One Dozen - $10

  • Ingredients: hard red whole wheat flour, canola oil, honey, water, yeast, salt, vital wheat gluten, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, powdered sugar


Banana Bread

Sweet, moist and wonderfully healthy! This banana bread is made with whole wheat and sweetened with honey (no sugar involved), so you are free to enjoy a slice guilt-free!

Regular - $8

  • Ingredients: whole wheat flour, bananas, honey, eggs, water, vanilla extract, baking soda, walnuts (optional)
  • Walnuts can be added for $1
  • Chocolate chips can be added for $0.50

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Always a favorite with my family and friends! Whole wheat flour adds rich flavor to this classic treat!
